Thanks, Intenze. I'm debating between housework and the National Gallery.

Has anyone actually ever determined what the prize is, anyway?

It's evolved over time. For a long time, it was a lifetime supply of Rice-a-Roni. Then it became chocolate. Then a stud muffin from the pages of a bodice-ripper. Not sure what the latest evolution is.

I'm sure I had a fine reason for buying colored popsicle sticks, but hell if I can remember what it was.

The Farmer's Market at Fridays in the Park was quite small with only 5 farms represented.  i did buy a little from each of them. They had essentially the same produce, since it was grown locally and everybody grows the same stuff.

What i liked about it was that i could buy "just one" of each thing instead of a 5 pound or ten pound bag of something.  i also liked being able to pick the ones i wanted.  The prices were good, too.

The music was by a local group that played jazz and country music that was pleasing in it's familiarity.

i WIN!

i rode the little Community Action short bus to the event.  i get my rides for free with my University ID card.  The downside is that the bus runs only 4 times a day (9 am - 3pm) and takes 1 1/2 hours to make the loop.  What is really nice about it is that it will go up to 3/4 of a mile off the published route to pick up and drop off passengers.  All i have to do is call in after 8am to tell them that i want to be picked up at the apartment office and on which trip.

Congrats to all who need them, molestations passed around freely too, and a grope and a fondle can also be arranged if so desired... but I must insist on a quick grope of win.

A grope and a fondle would be great.
