DC, it helps a little and it is the fear of having to lose THAT 40 pounds again the makes me depressed when i gain 1 or 2 pounds instead of losing every week. i have been trying, but eating off the plan too much.  i've been succumbing to comfort foods during stressful times.

im working on my weight with portion control. i eat really good for a while then i get in to some naughty things but i still try to keep with proper or lower than proper portions to fool my body into a diet and as far as i know its been working :D with pets watchful eye that helps and such :D.

Status: offline 		Tonight i'm eating a bowl of vegetables (squash, zuccini, tomato, celery, onion and garlic) cooked in no salt added tomato sauce with 3oz steak.  That's back on track.
