I'm kinda impressed s/he could blow holes in Unitarianism. I didn't think we had enough dogma for that. I joke that we're basically agnostics who like singing and bake sales.


Well I certainly won't get into it, this is a happy sort of room anyway, but I wish this guy would podcast his classes. They are SOOO good.

QS, I understand what you are saying.  I would have had a minor in Religion if my college offered minors instead of double majors.  Let me tell you one thing, don't let the scholarly stuff take away what you have been brought up to know as truth.  Don't let your faith be shaken.  You can understand the theories, but it doesn't have to wipe away your truth.

I find that what my proffesor really has done is to break down everything to its most basic levels of belief. I think I will find it interesting to re-build and re-think what I believe in. Strengthen what I know to be true.
