Morning, folks!!! Yeah, fluffy, the body needs protein to heal, so have that extra piece of chicken or fish or whatever . .. .. & the diet thing can get relaxed a little cuz it's probably not a good time to keep losing weight, but it is an excellent time to be eating as nutritiously as possible . .. . . Lots of fruit, veggies, legumes, nuts, seeds, & stick to the whole grains . . .. . .
