I'm trying to summon some energy myself. I'm definitely not running on full power yet I have managed to get a few things accomplished this morning. Still have a few more to do though.

Thank you. My most recent accomplishment, just happening moments ago, was to annoy the feathered pets by changing the location of their seed cup. While they thought it was great fun to see how far across the room they could kick the seed, apparently trying to see if they could reach the sleeping dog, I found it less than amusing. I've moved the cup to a place where the seed would stay in their domicile, much to their obviously vocal disappointment.

They are budgies (form of a parakeet). They're generally mischievous and fun to watch; I just don't like them kicking food across the floor. Some of that seed is rather pointed and sharp and, as both the dog and I like to walk around barefoot, it can be painful to walk around them.

Friends of mine turned one of their rooms into a walk-in aviary. They have budgies and cockatiels.
