In reality, I absofragginlutely suck at dancing. I have no coordination whatsoever.

And, as far as pole dancing goes... I'll leave that for the professionals and very talented amateur hobbyists.

In all seriousness, there's quite a lot of pure athleticism that goes into that art form.

Comparing that clip to what I remember seeing in a club about ten years ago (yes, I admit it... it's been a while), there really isn't any comparison. Back then, pole dancing was all about the big turn-on. Now, it's more mainstream as a form of exercise and even better to watch as a form of sport. I'd put the gals in that clip up against any olypmic gymnast working the uneven parallel bars in a strictly athletic competition.

Amazing stuff there.
