Relaxing and posting, also trying to write a "Candle in the Wind" parody. My kitty is is orange tabby. I love that a cab made someone think of me, since I take way too many of them.

Fae, it's needlepoint on plastic "canvas". Some stitches are a double cross and others are the Continental stitch.

[:D] A friend of mine was making a Star Wars costume, and couldn't find the material listed for boneing the cumberbund. 'Four of us dashed off to Wal-Mart in the middle of the night, for no fabric store is open this late. He used plastic canvas and it looked great.

DC, it kind of spoke to me. Maya Angelou has a quote that i like, too. “We all should know that diversity makes for a rich tapestry, and we must understand that all the threads of the tapestry are equal in value no matter their color.” i don't know if she was just speaking of so-called racial diversity, but i think it works for lifestyle diversity, too.
