i'm a little slow getting here tonight. i've been on Skype with a couple of CM folk. It's so nice to finally put a voice with a picture/avatar/name. Also got the port this morning. My left shoulder is a little achy - i wouldn't call it pain. Ibuprofin takes care of the discomfort.

Thanks, Fae! This morning i went and had a DEXA Bone Density Scan. Easy test - no prep, just lay there and let the machine click. Didn't even have to take off the clothes. Tomorrow is a different story.

my next adventure in the land of medicine is the REAL thing...Chemotherapy starts on Tuesday. i never imagined that i would be this glad to finally start Chemo! The waiting is the most difficult part of a BC diagnosis. i have now jumped through all the hoops, crawled under all the barbed wire, climbed all the walls, and packed my 'chute - it's time to JUMP out of the perfectly good airplane into enemy fire.
