Deviled eggs are good with various seasonings...paprika, chili powder, powdered mustard, curry powder. One at a time, of course. i make mine with Miracle Whip. Master prefers Mayo. (Never ever serve Master Miracle Whip - never, never.)

Home made Philly Cheese Steak sandwiches for supper tonight. Master brought the meat and rolls from NJ. Is that close enough to Philadelphia? Provalone cheese, onions, and green bell peppers purchased locally here in WV.

Yes, it has protein in it. i have to have 100 grams of protein per day while on chemo. i do that with eggs, cheese, fish, meat, chicken, yogurt, etc.

i love veggies, but am limited for a while. No raw veggies, no leafy veggies, no gassy veggies. All other veggies have to be cooked soft. Boring. Carrots, Beets, Potatoes...over and over again.

It won't be forever. And think of how much fun those recipes will be to cook when all this is over. i bet you've already have some stashed away for the happy WIN chemo's over day.[:)] Our new veggie to expand our palette this year has been the leek. We'd never used it before. They're kinda like a mix of onion and celery to me, but we're having fun with them. It's just a fun little thing we to each year, we never planned it out, it's just something that keeps happening. i was very proud of the year i made green beans in a way that Chaos enjoys and sometimes requests.

Holy cow, batman. I just spent 3 hours on the phone talking to a new friend. I usually reserve marathon phone sessions for people I'm about to date. She's fun though, so no regrets.
