I don't mind. I'm the low end of management for a call centre; I run Operations. Which in my case means fixing computers; running the network software; overseeing final payroll corrections; watching over various programs run on the floor; driving rates to generate corporate revenue; designing and improving reports; tracking all results so they can ask me how things are doing at a moment's notice; opening the call centre. They also ask me to vacuum and take out the garbage every once in a while. I'm positive I missed other chores in there, but I think you get the idea.
