I'm not a cigar buff, anyway. If I'm gonna put something phallic in my mouth, I'd like it to be, well, phallic.

I'm honestly not concerned about winning the thread; I just see it as a cool place to hang out and, at times, have some interesting conversations.

True, although one of the cool things about this thread is that you see the same people, but in a different light. Rich and I, for instance, almost never agree on the political threads, but we've enjoyed hanging out here.

and just a footnote I have long since given up winning though the illusion can be fun at times.....

Actually I do not "give myself away by posting" I have found this to be a place of free speak it is not dedicated to a specific topic as the other threads are therefore when I just wanna chit chat or shoot the shit I post here, and I do occasionally run in full speed screaming "I win!" just as a novelty.

ahh, so you are trying to lull us into a false sense of security with the chit chat and then hot us with the win, it's just like i said all along!

 
And it's not cynicism, it's sarcasm.  This is a 'fun' thread, take everything here in that vein and you'll be fine.  But you still won't win![sm=biggrin.gif]
