The liquor store around the corner (by local standards, anyway) finally re-stocked with my preferred adult beverage. I had such hopes when I went in and introduced myself to the owner, told him I'd just moved in, and asked would he consider stocking it. Next visit, there was my stuff. I bought a case in a little over a week (moving is thirsty work) and then...nothing. Two months of nothing. The nearest other store that sells it is 15 miles away, but not too far out of the way coming from from work.

Tonight, I stopped in for a six-pack of soda and, glory of glories, he'd ordered more. Cheers!

It's on the bottom shelf of the fridge. Bend over and grab one.

It's not exactly ambrosia. What makes it hard to find is that most people don't like it. I find that one or two taste mighty nice at the end of the day, with just enough alcohol to whet my appetite.
