Aside from the dentist, the day's been okay. We got a pretty snowfall, and (thanks to the dental appointment) I only worked half a day. I should have gone back to the office after the dentist, but I was too brain-dead.

Status: offline 		It all depends on the general aura of the room of the external stimulus, sometimes they are total jerks and you can feel it in the air...... Other days they perk me up quite a bit.....

Status: offline 		I am much happier now that I am serving again I am noticing a change in my mood at work and I know it has to do with the level of interaction I have with customers when I am serving vs hostessing......... I hated only saying hi welcome to the olive garden, how many are in your party? oh it's going to be about (insert estimated time here) if you hang on to this buzzer we will page you as soon as your table is ready. It was a one minute interaction versus something more along the lines of one hour, ya know?
