this may sem silly, but report it to a Moderator.

Better yet, here's what you do, according to Moderator Ones profile on here...

Report it to supprt.

At the bottom of the pages, scroll down and hit support.
Type your message, and hit send.

question: after you write a message to support, should you expect a return email?

i reported a photo fraud... someone was using my Dom's photo, but then did not even have a profile.
i'm just not sure if i should expect them to tell me any updates or anything.

I doubt you would get a return e-mail. I'd be trying to get to know the person with the photo, it very well could be your dom. Unless he is a model or someone I don't see why anyone else would want to steal his likeness. Is he famous?
