My brain is pulling a blank. I'm doing a fun project where I take a self portrait every day for a year. Today is day 104 for me and I'm completely out of ideas for one for today. Anyone have any suggestions for me?

How about one themed on Summer? You could pose in a sheer green wrap/skirt/dress, with summer flowers in your hair and scattered around (perhaps some stragetically placed??? grins). Out doors would be nice, if the weather is co-operating. Or a bedroom with billowing white curtains behind you (or around you). Just a thought [:)]

Thanks Krissi...it's been fun so far. I've come up with some crazy shots. I usually stick around the house so the beach for tonight is out.

Set the timmer and stand on your head. Take a pic of you in your webcam - webcam turned on.. then take a pic of that image of you

Sigh Actually...the wilder the idea, the better. well in that case...using the general idea of the sheer curtains...with backlighting, do a silhouette of you facing the camera covered only by the sheer curtain.

I also went down the charity shop for a nosey about to come up with ideas and came out with a tutu - if you get the right lighting behind or in front of you the results can be great. Another nice look is to lie on your back on a window sill so the light is behind you, wearing a basque or something similar, arch your back as much as you can (within reason lol), knees bent and your toes touching the sill, one behind the other - take the pic on a slow speed - the angles and curves look amazing - plus the neighbours wonder what the hell you are upto lol. You look great in all your pics Aileen, you could be mud wrestling and you would still look fab! Have fun

Have you done one where you're looking in a mirror? Or a shot of your computer monitor showing your profile pic? Not terribly inspired, I know. I really liked Heather's bathtub idea. Before I read it, I was thinking you could (I'm not sure how) put a glass of water between yourself and the lens.
