Does anyone know where I can find soemthing similar to ( http://www.jacksfloggers.co.uk/Images/heavy-acrylic.jpg ) in either NE USA or Ontario and Eastern canada?

You can get similiar canes from www.thefrugaldomme.com but she's based in CA. Although, lots of vendors make similiar items. You can also make your own with a fancy table leg, drill, and some acrylic from TAP Plastics, Dom Depot (Home Depot), or any other large hardware store.

I have just the vendor for you and he does a wide variety of the canes you are sseking with all kinds of different colors and handles + great quality for a reasonable price!!! I have purchased ffrom him and loved it!
