4- 10', 2- 15' ropes and two "shibari" bars (5-8' wooden dowels atleast 1" in thickness.

step one
learn some basic ties (twistedmonk.com)

step 2
Tie her hands and ankles in single collumn wraps. (use the 4- 10' ropes)

step 3
get her into the position you want her in and tie elbow to knee in double column wraps (use the 2- 15' ropes)

Step 4
lay out the bars so that one is on the left side of her and one on the right side....

step 5
tie the ends of the single collumns on her wrists and ankles to the shibari bars

step6
tie any left over from the double coulmn on her knees and elbows to the shibari bars...

step 7
have at her.

I've seen - but not tried - weight-lifting benches like this Weight Bench at Dick's Sporting Goods for not very much money on craigslist, etc. I'd probably look for something a little wider abeam or else bolt the feet down.

I've also tried the folding chair idea (although you always have to be careful with anything made to collapse) and that worked reasonably well. Because it folds, however, it also makes it a little easier for the bottom to loosen things up and perhaps escape. Pillows for the knees may be needed to adjust the height properly.
