ok- the adjacenet neigh asked about me selling him easment- "right of way".
i know this would be sorta on the horizen. no one thus far- well he has no access to off streeet parking.
5k and 10k were kicked around to sell outright. but 1. i dont like this idea. 2. parking is valueable here. 3. the place has mortgage.
i come up with the idea of leasing it.....for the cost of water. ok- the water package is $71.00 unmeettered here. a month. this is water/sewer/flood wall. [note this is high for this part of country]
i purposely did not go far in planting due to the aspect of the right a way.
so i seek to pick the minds of teh CM crowd- the good the bad and the ugly on your cousins neighbors exxperiecne blah blah blahhhhhhhhh.
