make sure you keep your fluids up as others have mentioned. 
i think it is normal for a lot of women who are not sexually inhibited.  happy gushing!

In my vanilla relationship, i found the gushing orgasms so very erotic. From my humble opinion as long as you both enjoy it, then i would say go for it.

I know this is just me but...one of the greatest assets a woman can have is the ability to squirt; the more the better!
I am personally willing to overlook a lot a flaws in a woman if she squirts

I had maybe a two minute reprieve before the second... and at that point I couldn't tell you what color the sky was nor my given name if my life depended on it... now ask me if I can wait till my Daddy crooks his finger at me, and says.... It's a shame he got grossed out and didn't do a little research. The bladder closes off during orgasm for both men and women, making it impossible to pee during orgasm.

Status: offline 		There's apparently a technique to causing it even in women who usually dont squirt.  And men who claim to be able to make any woman squirt.  I dunno bout that, but I have a video clip somewhere of one such guy teaching others the technique and them all making a bunch of girls squirt.  Of course, it's porn...so who knows what to believe! lol  But the theory makes sense...all women have the glands that cause it, some women's glands are just bigger and more sensitive or trained to go off than others I suspect.

Status: offline 		Its gotta be technique, Ive had many first time gushers, almost all of them had no idea it was possiable, or that it was a myth. I have an upward bend and am always hitting the "g-spot",That has to have something to do with my success I'm sure. As far as the woman goes...sometimes they do think their peeing, but find that the substance isnt urine afterward,and once "open" to the idea of female ejaculation, the frequency seems to increase.My latest,(and greatest and one and only) collar,soulmate,Goddess...went for 18+ years without a squirt, now we are never without a wet spot, and compete with whose was bigger..lol.

wow  could you let me know the source for this info? i've suspected this was the case but have not been able to find proof. It was such a horrible humiliation for me i've never come close to it happening again. i think that maybe if i could find proof it might help me emotionally let go

Status: offline 		Bah.  As a squirter without someone to share the excitement with, I am not feelin' the gushin' love.  I taught myself to as a sexual goal a few years ago, and now I'm stuck with it.  I feel some hardcore discomfort for what can be days afterwards if I try to hold back.  Bleeeeeegh.   It's either make a mess, or be in pain. 
It's heartbreaking to say that sometimes getting off just isn't worth it.

(I mean, it's not like I do my laundry every day.  Wait.  ... everyday probably isn't an issue for most.  ...bleeeeeeegh.)

I'd like to see the source too, cuz I must be a medical miracle. 

It's not humiliating for me because he encourages me to lose all self control.  But there is a definite difference between gushing and peeing.  For me, it even feels differently.  If your bladder feels emptier, well, you've peed, lol.  The scent is much different, too.
