Try TES.

It may not be femdom night but they rotate through different subgroups every week during their 2 meetings each week. Or at least they did when I lived in NYC.

Yes, TES and Paddles might have something. Check out Lolita Wolf's blog (lolitawolf.blogspot.com)--she's a NY kink activist who posts a weekly calendar of BDSM events.

There is a group called Le Cercle des Dommes (or something like that) but you actually have to be a femdom to attend so I guess that doesn't help. Go one week later and it's Leather Pride Weekend. Otherwise there's always Paddles (ugh) and TES as was already mentioned.
