i would suggest calling a friend and get together with them? Here it is "virtually" impossible due the obvious ~

If you cant get to a friend you may have to give yourself that human touch.  Some things to try.

Put lotion on.  Pick something that smells good to you and don't just rub it on.  Close your eyes and imagine you are putting it on a child whom you love very much who is ill.  Let the love circle from you to you.

massage your legs and feet.  Again, not just matter of factly, but with some intent to show love.

brush your hair.  stroke it if it feels good.

cuddle up in your comfy bed and just touch your arms and hands.  trace lines or even spell out loving words on your skin.

These may seem silly but they are ways that you can give yourself what you need right now.  Above all, be gentle with yourself and remember that no matter how intense the feelings are.  You WILL feel differently again.  Feelings are never forever.

Hugs,
octavia
