I am fairly new to Collarme. I am a bisexual male sub and recently noted a Domme as an Admirer. I interpreted this as at least persmission to contact Her. I did contact Her, but received no response. She is still in my Admirers list. Am I misinterpreting the significance of the Admirer list?

After having many people who have put us onto their favorites list but never contacted us - I think I can safely say that it doesn't really mean much of anything except that she saw your profile once and wanted to look again ... perhaps she did, perhaps she didn't ... perhaps she thought it was rude of you to message her first ... who knows ... did you check to make sure that your message to her actually got read? She might not have been on again since then, or not read the messaged even if she has been on.

I think everyone is different, you pays your money and takes your chances... personally, when I add someone to my favorites I'm kind of hoping they will notice and contact me.

Sometimes they like something on your profile, and want to look at it time to time, so you caught their eye.......I have often times mailed people who show up on my admirers list, with varying results. Some do as the one post and never answer, so they like me from afar, some say they like what I said, but not me....lol. Some become very dear netbuddies.............(once I had an admirer who blocked me) so..............it can be anything, do whatever pleases you and don't worry about what a response or non-response means. Its the ones you actually meet in the flesh you gotta worry about............

Yea... I like to admire people from afar, mostly because I am very shy and don't always know what to talk about, but if I get a message, I always reply so as not to seem rude. Others may not.

When I had a photo up I'd get admirers from all walks of life... and most of them wanted to look at the photo I think. After I took the photo down I only was added by those who wrote to me and complimented me on my profile.

I have an ever changing list of Admirers. And I do often wonder why they list Me but never write. Those are the profiles I will take a look at. Unfortunately there is often not much to see. Sometimes just a waving smiley face.
Some are from out of the country, some may just want to look at My photos, and some might be shy.
I have actually never listed anyone as a favorite, since I don't just browse around. But I'm with Shifted Jewel on this. If I did list someone, I would probably hope they would take notice and send Me a letter.
And, as SweetDommes said, maybe this Lady isn't on site too often, and perhaps She hasn't even seen your note yet. There are also times when I receive a letter and I want to put some thought into the reply, so I don't immediatley answer. And , I have to admit, a few boys who wrote very nice letters do fall through the cracks from time to time, due to busy days, and My own forgetfullness. If I get a reasonable letter, it is never a deliberate slight.
If She has opened your letter, and enough time has passed, I don't see anything wrong with sending another polite note stating you hadn't heard from Her and asking if there is anything further She would like to know about you. If that fails, then you are SOL, but at least you respectfully tried!

I don't put too much weight on the Admirers list. I mean, it's better than a poke in the eye with a sharp stick, but doesn't mean someone is actually HOT for me.
