In all honesty, I may have just lucked out meeting someone, I really really like, time will tell. However thats not why I am posting.

I have 3 really great friends I have meet off here. One got married and is working her ass off. She is probably one of my best friends, I have hung out with her just a handful of times, but we always talk to each other.

I think sometimes people on here are more interested in sex then meeting and getting to know the people on here.

Well, it is an alternative lifestyle and kink website. The main focus of a LOT of people online meeting is sex. For some, thats all it is about.
I have several friends on here, some face to face some not. Some I have slept with, some I havent. No everyone wants to make friends. Those tat do, are usually worth the effort. Those that done, wel, they arent what you might be looking for anyhow.

It -is- pretty difficult finding people worth the time to make friends with, what with some people looking for stuff to stick other things into, and other people using the site as a place to advertise thier services as abrasive prostitutes.

I make friends here, a lot easier to be just friends when there's a fair amount of miles between us, hard to be just that if the person's local and r/t, after all, most men are wired to enjoy sex without a great need for aught else, whereas most women have other needs that are not sexual. There are exceptions to every rule, just harder for the man if he finds the woman to be sexually attractive to him to leave it at friendship only, particularly if he is single at the time, that just adds to the horniness lol.

I sincerely wish you the best and that this person you met turns out to be what you are looking for Inferno. Though I can't say your statement is totally inaccurate, there are many who are looking for something much deeper and fulfilling. Please, read Mistress' and my profiles and journals. You will find that we certainly are an exception to what you seem to be seeing. There are many more just like us.

I agree alot of good people are on, here but there are tons that aren't. I just hope others make some good friends like I have, even if they have found there perfect, sub/Dom(me) yet.
