www.mgleatherworks.com is the site of a toy-maker in the Montreal area.  He does very nice floggers at quite attractive prices.

http://www.halfwaycreations.com/index.html, out of Nova Scotia, has some nice stuff.  Check out their gorgeous steel collar and cuff sets.
