don't know if this is the right place for this but I'm looking for advice. Been chatting to someone recently who wants to meet up, and she has told me she fantasizes about wetting herself in public places. Is this illegal (in the uk). don't want to get into trouble

Does she want to have an 'accident' in opublic? Or have you MAKE her have one?

How does she define public?? A resturant? A park? Walking down the street?

If you want some advice, then you need to give us more info.

Not that I'm aware of.

If she were to urinate in a public place, i.e. uncover herself, squat and pee then yes, I guess she would be liable to be arrested for a public order offence or behaviour 'likely to breach the peace' or 'cause an obstruction' (assuming that her peeing in the street would attract a crowd of onlookers).

But you're talking about her wetting herself in a public place, and no, I don't think it's illegal.

I did a quick search on "public urination" and added a few cities to the string at times.

It is illegal to urinate in public almost every place for which I could find a law.  If it isn't public nuciance, then it's a health law that applies.

That said, most jurisdictions find it difficult if not impossible to enforce these laws when there are only isolated incidents and there is no leaning against the lightpost or the wall while urinating.

I think you may be able to get away with it if she does it only once, away from the crowds and surveillance cameras, and especially not in front of a police officer.

It cant be considered illegal if it is made to look accidental. If so, older people who siffer from incontinence would have major problems.  If she is looking to wet herself, as long as she doesnt empty her entire bladder into her panties and walk away with it running down her leg, I doubt many people would notice, and those that did would feel sorry for her and laugh at her embarassment rather than think anything of it beyond an unfortunate social faux pas.
That is probably the result she is looking for,  the public humiliation aspect of it.

You say "wetting herself" so I am assuming that she isn't looking to drop her panties and pee on the sidewalk, but rather is looking for the embarassment, humiliation factor that would be achieved for most adults who would have an "accident" in a public place.  Depending on what her true desire is, you might try using an adult diaper.  Sometimes having the whole world see our humiliation is not necessary to achieve the desired effect.

In the UK it is only illegal if she exposes herself.. Children wet themselves all the time .. and so do some old people. as long as her bits aren't exposed then it isn't for public viewing.

This link might be helpful to you:

http://skepdic.com/urine.html

I'd suggest doing a bit of further research through Google as the quantity you are talking about is rather extreme, and most things carried to extremes are injurious.

I do believe urine is sterile because of the acid and whatever in it. I remember reading supposedly true stories of POWs pissing on their wounds to clean them.

I can only assume so much here. I'm thinking they go to a place where they are not known, and the sub wants to experience the public embarrassment.

I don't forsee any legal issues.
