This brings to my mind the first date phenomenon.  I've become quite adept at finding out if I have anything in common quickly.  I didn't mean too, it just happened.  I ddiint realize I was looking for a Dom, and kept dating vanilla guys. [8D]  Prolly went on fifty first dates in the last 8 months or so... LOL

Anyway, what i noticed was that all firstdate questions are just padded interview questions really.  So, using aps would just cut to the chase on that crap.  HOWEVER, and this is a biggie for me, I've found that the number one, super biggest, mostest importante thing is CHEMISTY and there is no interview question that can discern if thats there.  I've used all me standard questions before and found men who seriously flunk it, but. damn if they don't still make me wet.   And on the flip side have met (even married one) men who fit the criterial to a T, whom I have no desire whatsoever to be around.  I have a failed 13 year marriage that proves to me that even the "perfect" match does not bring happiness.  I'd rather be with Mr. not so perfect match, and be wet. [:)]

Cheers!

For lack of a better word ....Applications are a good thing.

After doing a few sessions I decided this was something I wanted to be involved in for the rest of my life.  I realized I'm a lifestyle femdom that also does sessions so I  decided  to write down all of the questions I wanted to know about my potential sub.  It has been a helpful tool in my search for subs.  I wish I had it from the beginning.  I have a record of their skills that may come in handy, sexual interests, limits etc.  I also make notes if there was any that they shared that I didn't think of in my application..  For me its all about control.   The only drawback for me is that most of a subs live so far away.

I look at applications in the life much in the same way as I look at contracts. It's a good way to set out the goals, expectations and all that out and to the point of understanding. Being able to talk with a person dace to face admittedly would be much better, but when you do something online, such as this...the application can come in handy later on during discussions to look back at something that might have struck you in some way and you can read it and then question, hopefully finding the right answer. If not, then it allows further discussion on that point so both parties can come to terms.
