This is a really great group; we post things that we are doing locally so that we can hook up with each other - things both BDSM-related and "vanilla." It's a very positive, friendly group. If you are local to the Brooklyn scene, please join us!!

We also have a monthly munch, it is the 3rd Sat of every month at 2:30 at Circles Rest. in Park Slope. We are a REALLY friendly bunch!!

Here is the description:

This is an adult only list designed for the Leather, or alternative lifestyle community that exists in Brooklyn, New York. This group was originally comprised of a small number of like minded adults meeting weekly to discuss thoughts, ideas, ask and answer questions, discuss needs and give support to each other. The idea behind creating this list is to further enable these people to have a forum in which to discuss all aspects of the lifestyle.

Members are encouraged to organize meetings, munches and discuss related topics. Please approve ideas through the list owner prior to forming official gatherings then post to the list so anyone can find out about the information. Events held in other cities or countries related to the topics discussed on the list may be posted here.

No subscriptions for the sake of selling a product is allowed, however one can direct a member to additional information if there has been a request for topic follow-up.

Privacy of members and the general lifestyle community at large shall be respected. Vanilla names should not be used without prior consent. What you see here, express here or do here stays here confidentially. This list can be used as a medium for references, but not gossip. Tasteful trolling is allowed. No photographs will be attached or archived. Flaming is not tolerated.
