Good evening,
My Dom likes to pull, bite, and squeeze both of my nipples as fun sensual play; but i have noticed for the first time that i have round bumps encircling my nipples on both sides. Does anyone know what these may be and how to treat them? They don't hurt and are not sensitive but i'm still a little concerned since this is the first time i've noticed.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I don't know but I'd be interested. After getting my nipples pierced my left nipple developed a bump that hadn't ever been there before.

Greetings

i have no idea whether the "bumps" are normal or not, but i've had them around mine for years and the dr has never said anything about them during exams. Seems to me if they were abnormal, my doc would have said something.

Don't know if this helps or not...but anyways, thought i'd share.

Perhaps you've only just noticed them, but all nipples have round bumps encircling them. If one is enlarged or in a place that doesn't seem to fit the pattern, then that might be cause to get it checked out, but otherwise it sounds very normal to me.

The bumps are called Montgomery's tubercles, they are glands that secrete antibiotic properties so the surface of the nipple stays germfree and they also help a breastfed baby develop immunities to cold and flu viruses. When they are enlarged sometimes they have a waxy substance in them.

My thought is that there's a latent infection and the breast is trying to heal itself after the piercing.

I always thought that was part of the areola. I noticed when I was breastfeeding my daughters, milk substance seeped out of each of those "bumps".
I have a question of my own: Starting yesterday morning, I've noticed a piercing pain in my left nipple. Like a needle piercing right in the middle of it. It is quite painful. I will go to the doctor the end of this week if it continues. No, my nips are not pierced.

The bumps are there for secretion, just like the pores on your skin, also hair follicles are sometimes present, also on pierced nipples it could be a Keloid/scar tissue bult up.......i have had all of these........the keloid/scar tissue can sometime get smaller over time, and the "pores" encircling the nipples change all the time, and some times have a single hair comming out of them........ALL this is normal..............Ive worked in OB/GYN............people ask these questions all the time..........................

and yes....................it also means suck here!!! ;)

Are they whitish on top? Resemble anything like zits, but not painful? Sortof hard?

I have the same thing. It's apparently quite a common occurence. They are most likely cysts. Small, unobtrusive, and will never cause any harm or need anything done. Some of the small ones can be "popped" if the skin is very thin, but there's no need to. I'm also sure your doctor could get rid of them if they're really ugly to you, but they will come back more likely than not.

I'd get them looked at just in case, but I doubt it's anything to worry about, and probably just cysts.

I would also mention no man or woman I've ever been with has ever cared enough to say anything or give them a second glance, if they even noticed, and I've had them since I filled out ^.^

MissOchistic, they are not zit like nor do they have white tops. They do feel like braille yes, and no they do not hurt.
