Over the years I have bought a few collars from this site. This is the first time I had an issue. I beleve the wrong size was shipped to me but when I emailed them, I got no response. After about a half dozen attempts I gave up and chalked the $100 I lost to experience.
Perhaps it would be an idea for the mods to set up a forum topic called Consumer Alerts or Consumer Warnings.
I do not know what the issue is with these guys but this experience has turned me off them.

Wow. That really is a shame, I love my EC cuff, got it shipped fast and never had any problems with the site. I do know they recently changed ownership hands, maybe thats been the problem? Unfortunatly - other than e-mailing CS..there always a charge back option with you CC. Still...hopefully this was a 'one time' problem and it doesnt mean EC is going downhill.
