Simply stated, I'm a straight male, divorced, 58yo, dominant. My interests are submission and training. Submissives turn me on. I'm not particularly interested in slaves as they require more focused effort than I'm willing to offer right now. I'm more interested in a submissive who is interested in r/t experience than 24/7 slavery.
I believe that submissive and dominant are personality traits, we can develop them, or not. I elected to develop the dominant side of my personality to incorporate respect for all, patience with newbies, and a overwhelming desire to find a submissive whose personality is compatible with my own for a ltr.
I'm not interested in sensation junkies, poly anything, or wannabes, wish they were but not, or subs who are too lazy to own their submission. What I am interested in is realityl Folks who accept themselves, thier proclivities, and wish to explore with the hope of finding a partner which complements their interests. I am reserved about anyone with a different agenda. YMMV.
I maintain that Respect is the first order of business, followed closely by Honesty, and Trust. Anyone NOT worthy of any of these values is of no interest to me. Bdsm is a catch all phrase to incorporate a large group of folks with varied interests. All of which I suuport. And while I'm extremely tolerant of variations within the bdsm community, I'm completely intolerant of those who'd manipulate to obtain their personal goals, regardless
of harm; exploitation of those unaware; or abuse (in any form).
While I have not trained many, those I've trained have gone forward to find their "masters", totally comfortable with themselves and those who've they've surrendered to.
It is quite possible that everything above does not speak to your heart, but it most positively speaks to mine.
