So i guess that i am in the minority - and when my Dom chooses to give me a urine enema, i enjoy it. There is nothing quite like anal sex to begin with and so when he fills me further, it is incredible. Especially when the enema comes during an orgasm (or near orgasm). Other "benefits" are that i am so clean afterwards...my system is more in tune... If someone wants to allow themselves to have unprotected sex, then so be it. Less people in the world the better the way I see it. Having someone pee into your colon is the same as unprotected sex.
