Status: offline 		[... the shimmering portal begins to take shape as the three small perfectly glossy posts move again ... they do not enter the portal but instead align themselves, attaching to each other at their midpoints, forming perfect X-Y-Z axes ... the assemblage begins to rotate on an invisible fixed point, directly in front of the still forming portal ... faster and faster it rotates, first in one direction, then another, then another ... the perfect assemblage is now spinning so fast it appears as a solid perfectly glossy ball ... subtle waves of distortion emanate from the revolving mass, growing like waves on a pond after a pebble has been tossed in ... the distortion field builds until it envelopes the nearly completed portal ... the portal begins to be pulled into the perfectly revolving ball, fight back with lightning cut loose ... the force is too great, too perfect, the portal is pulled completely into the ball ... its shimmering energy is thrown out, riding along the waves of distortion, dispersing in strength until the shimmering is gone ... the ball slows its rotation until it comes to a stop ... the three perfect posts detach from each other and reform their horizontal caravan ... they are still perfect, though not perfectly glossy ... they are perfectly matte black, reflecting absolutely nothing ... they begin their slow horizontal glide ... back towards the darkness ... then all is calm ... all is silent ... it is finished ...]
