Recently Master and I attended a BDSM friendly hosted swingers party..mostly vanilla attendees. The hostess asked Master if he would loan me for a flogging demo. He agreed. The lady Domme was excellent really mixing it up. My only beef is this. One person in attendance is a self proclaimed Dom. His mouth ran constantly during this demo. I asked that he not be in the room because of his constant talk. My Master supported this. I could not believe his lack of respect for the Domme as she concentrated on her technique. I ask of the people who are starting in this lifestyle to be considerate of others. Read up on etiquitte and for heavens sake use common sense.

While one could be tempted to say that part of the problem was mixing swingers culture with bdsm culture, where swingers have different specific etiquette rules for "personal space," that would be a cop out and the reality is that this happens at solely bdsm culture group events as well.

I'm glad you took the time to ask the person to leave the space. I'd also recommend that if people are planning to do a loud raucous scene that you pick a spot away from where people already have their scene going so as not to interfere with their energy already in play.
