I think this is the proper place to post this, if not it can move to off topic, I don't care.

Now to preface this whole thing, I say this : The mind is the King of the body, and the body is the castle of the mind. When leaders used to be chosen correctly there was a symbiotic relationship between the two, the leaders and followers.

This is only the first installment, in fact a preface to what I have to say. I have done one hell of alot of research, and I doubt anyone could duplicate it, some things are simply gone. Even what's not gone, would you take the same direction ?

I think I am right, if not I would not be posting this. Like I said this is only part one.

First some facts must be brought into the light. The mind controls the body. If you get angry and screw up your body, it is your mind that did that, of that there is no question, And there is no question that you, and you alone, decide what emotions to feel. I can prove it in a couple of sentences, but I have already....; OK.

If you are sitting in a bar or restaurant and someone comes up and slaps you in the face what happens ? From the standpoint of someone who can win, I would probably grab them by the neck and carry them outside, and then "What is your problem ?". When you do not have 100% control you would fight in the bar, both get thrown out and wreck your night, but who's fault is that ?

My technique is that if talking doesn't work, you block their 100 throws and land one right in their chest, knocking the wind out of them. Then you ask again "What is your problem ?". If in the bar, everyone sees this, if outside, your opponent will take notice.

Now, how does this relate to nutrition ? Well the brain is an organ right ? Don't you think it needs certain nutrients that perhaps your feet might have no use for ? Trace minerals and such.

It follows that different people's races have been nurished in different ways, and it is proven that one's attitude affects one's chemical balance, and it has also been proven that one's chemical balance affects their attitude. There s no getting around that, and I challenge anyone, in this higher than average in intelligence group, to rebut that.

How else could we see any efficacy at all of psychotrpic drugs, or explain the surge of the adrenal gland when one sees family or friends in trouble ? If you can refute it, I would like to hear it.

Boils down to this, when they try to treat symptoms by tampering directly, chemically, with brain function, they invite trouble. School shooters were often on SSRIs or something, the Columbine shooters were. Wait until it comes out about the VA Tech shooters, and it will happen. You watch, I would bet my bottom dollar that they had a shrink, and were on something. And that something was probably legal and prescribed.

Time will tell. It did with Columbine, and some (enough) of mall shootings, McDonald's massacres and a few other things.

If we go down this garden path, 1984 will be true, they will give you a choice, the red pill or the blue pill. Look at the advertising. If we keep going in the same direction, we are headed there, and it may be a one way street.

I will offer a new direction. Most likely a series of five or six articles, and I welcome commentary in between. I am so far removed from modern medicine that I just can't accept anything anymore, at least not on face value. And I don't want anyone to accept what I say on face value either.

Here is how it is, if I read something on the net or in AFP's Whole body Health insert, I give it more creedence than what they announce on the TV news. If I read case histories where medical science was wrong, I try to find the reason. In doing so, I believe I have arrived at a worthy conclusion about how these errors occur. And there is one major, non-politically correct reason. And you all have to accept that, if not you are sunk. Go take a pill. If you have the open mind needed to understand this, you probably don't take many pills. I take none.

My deitary restrictions are extreme, it is difficuolt to get a meal I want, I can barely get what is healthy, but I am diligent it that regard. There have been days on end when there was nothing acceptable available, so I fasted. I mean it.

They are full of shit. They told me once cartilage is gone it is gone, yet I regrew it. I couldn't walk down a flight of stairs because of my knees, and now it is not a problem.

I brush my teeth about once a month and do not have bad breath. Not only do my teeth no longer decay at all, they rebuild. My oldest injury, a chip in a front tooth, caused by a shovel when I was a kid (it was not intentional) has capped itself. I have never lost a tooth. I can strip 12 guage solid THHN with my front teeth. That is house wiring that you run for your microwave and other high current devices.

I am not kidding. Although I am not perfect physically, everything I say is true. You can come watch. Bring me a roll of THHN and I will show you. Money is there, bet whatever you want.

The people who run the world are not stupid. they are at least twice as smart as most people, and I don't mean CM people, they are not twice that smart. But they have met their match in me. Not even their match.

I think if people took to what I say rather than what they say they would be better off. Otherwise I would shutup.

The powers that be, the oil companies, pharmecueticals and defense contractors seem to be running the world. It is we who let them to that, but that is not within the scope of this text. They want you to be totally dependent upon them for survival and will do everything in their power to get you addicted to their drugs.

Dude offered me some lines of coke and I turned him down. I hung out and watched him, I have done the shit, I just wasn't in the mood, but I did consider it before turning it down. I made it a point not to front him off, I was not at my house. He commended me on my decision and I told him "Don't, I never said I don't want it, I just don't want it right now". He said "Still". I just didn't want it.

Now here is where that gets relevent. If he would have offfered me an aspirin I would have never considered it. I do not take legal drugs, even illegally. Just not into powders, elixirs and magical potions. I have no interest in it at all.

Let's go deeper into my philosophy, which I hope you might embrace, possibly in time. I refused that very expensive free high because I don't want their high falloutin fancy powders any more than I want snake oil. I do not want it.

Likewise I do not want their aspirins, vitamin pills, sleeep aids, nothing. I am not a "trustee of modern chemistry". I want no part of it.

Next, I will go into my personal journey to this conclusion. That will take time, to read, as well as write. I will do it when I am ready.

Suffice it to say this much. If I were somehow complelled to go to an MD, if it was surgery, whatever I might go for it, but if he got out his prescription pad I wouldn't even pay him. And don't even start to think that I am kidding.

I am very adamant in my beliefs, and might die because of them. If I can't live without a chemical I want to die. If everyone was like me, the medical industry would not be the powerful lobbying power it is today. If people looked to the source of the problem instead of getting rid of the symptoms later, we would all be alot better off.

When people tell me of their physical ailments I tell them about sugar, table salt etc., and to write down EVERYTING they eat for a two week period. I told my Father, who is obese, close to morbidly obese to do so and you never saw smaller writing.

But then he is the only one who has even attempted it.

In the next installment I will go into where, how and why they went wrong, and why you can't trust the USDA, or the other agencies, nor even the colleges. Very little of what they have to say is worth heeding, and I know why. And I will tell you, possibly tomorrow.

RSVP, what do you think ? This is alot of "promises" I know, but what if what I am going to say is true ? Things you never heard about before, people living to be 152 in the 1800s. What did they do different ? Of course average life expectancy was 23 years, but see, there is something to know about this that eludes most. That is the fact that young Men of 14 were dying in the battlefields. People were killed, villages burned, sort of like Iraq.

If left to his own means back in those days, without wars, I think people would routinely live to be 100 years old. In the absence of wars, people lived longer, but how much longer ? There was a guy lived 152 years, and after an autopsy was perfomed, the results are still a part of the curriculum at European medical schools.

Please come and join, or please come and pick my theory apart, and pack a lunch if you do, because it is not going to be easy.

My theories, conclusions and opinions are all I have, I can offer some substiantive evidence, but having been into this for a number of years, some of it is gone. At least in the way of links.

In the next segment, I will offer up links to some of my information, and some of that is copied out of my internet cache, especially the stuff from Austrailia. Can't get it any more. Period. And there are also my own theories. Don't discount them so fast until your teeth and bones recap themselves. And only do so with exact, explicit evidence that directly contradicts my claims. Anything less is just a bunch more of their bullshit. But then I can't really say that, so just do what you want, speak of your own beliefs, if any.

We get sick they make money. And THAT is irrefutable.

The links are not forthcoming at this time, I use a different account for them and I am deciding whther to move them or just link to where they are now.

At any rate. Any discussion of the differences in Mankind would be incomplete without the fourth dimesion, time. Man has changed. Survival itselt is not a mortal challenge. As such, Man has become lazy.

Americans especially are addicted to video games and movies, basically entertainment. I see this because I do not share their addiction. Generally I do not wish to be entertained. I prefer sane discussion, hashing out of problems, forward progress. Some do not understand, and might say "Play some Def Lepard" or something, but I usually refuse until the discussion is stilled. And when it does come time for entertainment I would rather it be someone playing the guitar or piano, I didnt buy this shit to have it sit there.

Enough on that, but I did want to bring up that very important component of human nature, that it has changed. It seems as if our very survival instinct is being eroded. How this is happening is beyond the scope of this text, at this time.

My heuristic reasoning says that we need to take a look at how people survived in the past. Y'know it was not quite as easy. And the proof is in the putting, they did indeed survive, otherwise we would not be here. No matter what we are, and how far we have fallen, we are still descendent from survivors. I don't need wiki or any cite or site to convince you of that I hope.

Life goes on under the laws of physics. Of that there is no question. Yet there are people out there who believe all you need is carbon, hydrogen and oxyen to live. This simply not true. Do they even teach dietitians in this country ANYTHING about the endocrine system ? You tell me, I have not the time to waste going to their school so I can get a job that pays 40% less. And like me, you can find out alot on the net.

Some of my best, rock solid information came from the internet. Yup AOL , SBC whatever, YAY WE GOT GAMES, get the fuck out of here, my homepage is google, I want nothing else. Nothing. I simply do not want to be entertained usually. OK I do indulge in a bit of background music somketimes, but I have no desire to watch a movie. I have the attention span to write a book, but not to sit through a movie.

Back to the subject. I am a Polack, I cannot live on poi and rice. There's a guy that's Costa Rican, he can't live on McDonald's hamburgers.

OK, out of the box. How about a Swede ? OK they got ocean around so maybe fish, what else you think they got ? What you figure they're growing up there ? Don't consider this a direct question. What I am saying is to think from a different direction.

First of all :

WE ARE HERE

In other words, it is good to think about the future, but sometimes we need to look to the past, and hell, we might even find something that works !

Now, at one time Man was nomadic. The family might settle somewhere but in like ten years or so, the babies were smaller, there was more mortality, and overall they generally didn't feel really good, so they moved on. With what was left of their strength they plowed and tilled the new land once they migrated and were healthy again.

When the human population increased to the point where it was very cumbersome to move, cities, or at least towns were born. When this happened Man could no longer move to fertile land, but there was a saviour. Salt. The root of the salary is salum, meaning salt, and indeed people used to get paid in salt.

It indeed saved their lives and back then, as long ago as it was, made our way of life today possible. Whether this is good or bad is beyond the scope of this text. This was unrefined salt harvested from the sea usually, and contained all the minerals Man needed, and it was used in their soups and stews, and their herb gardens. And they lived, basically it worked.

In my fictional bookk I wrote something like "Think of time as a pyramid, and that our lives are like a pinnacle. Everything that came before shaped the present, and if you disturb anything, you have no idea what could happen". This when I was being admaonished for illegal time travel into the past. It's a pretty ierd book. But I think that applies here.

We would not be here if people coun't survive in colonial days. Thewy wouldn't have been there if people couldn't survive the years afore that, and nobody would be here is cave Men didn't survive. This is irrefutable, to refute this you must prove that this is a barren planet with no people. If anyone can do that I will give them my phone number. This has got to be interesting.

Reality is skewed for many, but that is a product of the times in which we live. That is what I call the box. Thinking outside the box is a very good thing.

At this time I would like to give you a piece of my reality. You can take it.

Over a decade ago I had many long talks with my Mother, sometimes drunk, but there was a time she was looking for a job, and kinda went into full mode. I got hard on her, really, but she listened, after all I was making as much money as she was when I was 17. No shit.

It worked. She found the job of her dreams, and became an executive of the company, kinda. Head of the purchasing department. I almost gave her a mantra, "Make or save the company money, make or save the company money, every mofo in here is here for money, all of them, me too, make or save this company money".

The last couple years there she tried to train replacements, but I heard it just wasn't going all that well. Others do not have our kind of logic, our thining process. And I think that is a loss. I think that is a very great loss. Both my Parents are very logical thinkers, and it seems I have reached critical mass somehow.

There is a point in this wheere I go beyond my learning, beyond my research, and that is of course, my conclusion. Here it is :

Mankind get stupider and stupider, you doubt ? Try to go live a thousand or two years ago. The roaming light on the cellphone would freak alot of people out.

I will be back soon.

Currently, my aim is to study blood types.

Dr. DiAmato wrote of it decades ago, and some of the things he said about different body types rang true. But I want to see some data correlating it to blood type.

As he has it, type A is svelte and agile, whatwever, B type is a bit heavier type, and O is us fatasses. I oversimplified that, but I think DiAmato oversimplified the whole thing. I would reallly like to see some research correlating blood to body type.

And then I would like to see blood type correlated to race, because that is a good piece of what this whole thread is about, that we do not all have exactly the same needs. That we are not all the same.

I kinda like it this way don't you ?

i see overvalued ideas at best, delusions at worst. What im reading looks like the writings of someone who is thinking and typing at a pace, that they must feel tired from it.
Sometimes, our dopamine receptors wont stay on their little wheels will they?
I see flight of ideas, i see pressure in speech, i see persecutory belief systems.
I see tangential thought disorder.
and i dispute your truths. and see a completely different set of facts than you do.
Thats ok.

how about the blood of black people being more suseptable to cickle cell, how about Pacific Islanders being predisposed to diabetes, how about the asian's reduced ability to tolerate alcohol. Published research is readily available. Try BMJ.
Are you living in a vacum, that your not aware? considering what you have been studying?

It has become time for another installment of this. Remember that 'other factors' was mentioned in the title of the thread. Race is a very big issue, but lifestyle is just as important. And I do not mean whether you live the dolche vita or instead indulge in harmful frivolities, it matters not to me. That is not the point nor the question this hour. What is probably won't surprise most of you.

This particular installment has to do with lifestyle.

I got a buddy who walks six miles a days. He also works in a foundry. I do not really encourge him to cut down on carbs, he is burning them up. I urge him to cut back on sugar, but he is an addict. But it is plain and simple, his diet needs to be different than mine.

Now I know normal medical science (?) has addressed this in part by defining caloric intake as the yardstick. If you need to lose weight you need 2,000 calories, if you are OK you might need 2,500 if you're active, bla bla bla.

I don't buy this calorie shit and I'll tell you why. You are the sum total of all you have eaten, plus your birth weight, minus everything you have excreted. That is irrefutable fact.

This does not change the fact that all things are not excreted equal. This is what stickies up the wicket for those who need to lose weight. It is one matter to find your base minimum and stick to it and stop gaining weight, but it is quite a different matter to actually lose some. Once the fat cells are created, they love to suck things up. You eat and still are hungry. This is the crux of the problem.

And it is a self sustaining problem, the more you eat, the more hungry fat cells are created, and the process continues. That is why I am so adamant about controlling the diet of the young. When children overeat, they can and do harm to themselves, and it is very hard to reverse. And as each year goes by there is more and more to unlearn.

I may have said it before but it does merit another sentence. You need to look at the substance of what you eat rather than the flavor. This is of paramount importance. Once you make that fundamental change, you should not have a problem with weight.

Something else I wanted to bring up, and I really didn't want this post to just be about weight, but it seems headed there at warp speed so let it go. I have watched a number of people eat in my life, as have we all. Did you ever notice how it is like a religious experience to some ? I mean they almost moan because the food is so good.

I know another guy, with bad knees. I told him to get off the sugar, and I have explained the mechanism by which sugar destroys a person, but he admits that he is hooked. Well in that case I do not want to hear it.

Let me put it this way folks, according to what I have seen and read, yes, sugar causes cavities. But it doesn't do it from the outside, it does it from the inside. And by the time the sugar induced deficiencies affect your teeth, you entire skeletal structure is compromised. Perhaps you won't get into a fight or wreck a motorcycle this year, and will not know just how much more easily your bones break than when you were young.

I am convinced that minerals are the key, but just what ? And for whom ? With everyone's needs being different this is a tall order.

A fetus knows minerals are the key and takes what it needs. That is by the natural order of things. That is the cause of gestational diabetes and a few other pregnancy related ailments. The fetus takes first, almost. And once the minerals are in the proper place in the body they tend to stay there. So the fetus sucks the minerals out of the Mother's body, and that explains how some can live on Mallow Cups and McDonalds for 15 years and still appear to be healthy. You do use up these minerals, and hard times are in store for anyone who doesn't get them. Eventually, and sometimes not so eventually.

I'll say it again, not all disease is caused by deficiencies, but all deficiencies, if allowed to continue, WILL cause disease.

So where do we go from here ? My garden is not happening it looks like so where do I get my minerals ? There are alot of things I eat I simply can't use seasalt on, like salad for example. I use it when I can but I can't all the time.

But then what is the plan ? If I am right and have indeed identified the propblem, how to fix it ?

In RL this has been discussed. One guy started out saying eat wrenches, I mean the ones that say "Chromium/Vanadium". This was right after his Mother was diagnosed with diabetes. Of course eating wrenches would not work, but then  if you think, maybe there is a plan.

Instead of selling your scrap metal, maybe you should put it in the soil in which you intend to grow food. I don't mean aluminum. Although aluminum might be beneficial to us, we get enough of it that it is not a problem. In fact it can get to toxic levels, so leave it out. But your copper pipe remnants, possibly a few other things made of stainless or high grade steel. If it will corrode, the plants can absorb it.

I will take leave now. I have more to say but it is getting near bedtime.

Thing is, even if we find sources for good wholesome foods with lots of minerals, how do we know what we specifically need ? This is where the medical community falls flat on their face, they have they equipment and trechnology to do it, but refuse.

Go ahead and ask them. Ask them for a comprehensive mineral analysis of your blood and they will look at you like you are from some other planet or something. They simply won't do it for us. How does that grab you ?

Of course they could make the point that the minerals in the blood are not what is working for you at this time, which is true. But these things need to be replenished and if you are lacking, such an analysis could be very useful if foregoing an illness. It could point out a malabsorption problem, or a deficiency in your diet way before it causes problems.

But they don't do that.

I have nothing more to say at the moment.
