Oh, goody, one of my favorite things to think and talk about!
Secure two chopsticks together at the ends with rubber bands, fastening an outer labium between them. Lovely for making the work area more accessible. Also, can be used as little canes for hitting the clitoris. Clips of all sorts can have wonderful effects--go through your hair accessories, your office supplies, and your cooking utensils to find interesting options. I'm partial to binder clips and bulldogs, partly because they have built-in attachments that make it easier to incorporate them in predicament bondage. I had enjoyed clamping prominent inner labia for some time when I encountered a woman with petite inner labia that wouldn't even hold my smallest binder clips. If you can find the inch-long plastic clothespins, they are wonderful for clamping those tiny, delicate parts.
Those rubber bands from the chopstick apparatus can be wrapped around the clitoris of a well-endowed woman, and can be drawn back and snapped on just about any girl part you can think of. Skewers for kebabs are lovely for drawing back and snapping, and also poking with the sharp end (dip it in hydrogen peroxide first, please, just in case--it's hard to pierce skin, but not impossible). Continuing on impact, you can use your hand for pussy spanking or punching, and knee strikes can be quite arousing (although not often torturous, in my experience). You can also use hairbrushes, any paddles, and my personal favorite, plastic rice paddles. I favor the latter because they stand up to high-heat cleaning.
Abrasion is delightful. Nail files, sandpaper, bath sponges, kitchen sponges. Turn that hairbrush you used for spanking around and scrub with its bristles. I've got a glove with bristles like a hairbrush's that I received as part of some fancy bath gift--it's wonderful. The shape of mine lends itself more naturally to CBT, but it's fine for lady parts, too.
Tweezers. As temporary clamps, they can grab a tiny bit of skin. Yanking out hairs can hurt, too. (This is generally not effective for women who have waxed habitually, as they are somewhat inured to the sensation.)
Cooking chopsticks (which are around two feet long) are great for proper caning of sticky parts, because they are disposable. Don't expect quality akin to a good rattan cane, but expect that you can happily eat the fifty cent cost if disinfecting becomes problematic. Blind rods, and metal canes, are also good because they can be easily washed. Thin cable, and medium-size wire (the kind that is covered by a light coating of something more flexible--enamel? rubber?). Fan belts--they have the rough inner side that can be fun sensation play, but they are also just clit-sized.
Do you have any electrical toys? I think that TENS units and flyswatters are glorious for genital play, and violet wands are pretty fun, too. If you have a TENS unit, you probably already know how to use it, and you likely already understand that positioning the electrodes in certain ways creates certain sensations, lovely and horrid depending on who you talk to--also, that different kinds of electrodes produce different sensations. Flyswatters are nice, too. Although they take some practice to use most effectively (and seem to be less predictable than I would like in general--nevertheless, it's hours of fun/misery for less than thirty dollars) it's really, really hard to seriously hurt someone with one. If you wanted to really injure someone, you'd likely have a better chance if you used it as a blunt object. Violet wands are lovely, especially when used in "indirect" stimulation with metal objects. As ever, remember to check for heart problems and neurological disorders when using electricity.
