So what's the deal with having anal sex or playing around in the anus if you have hemorroids or other problems with your ass to begin with?

I'm just curious. I'm not freaked by anal sex being "taboo" or any of that other stuff but I'm curious because I have A LOT of problems down there, if ya know what I mean... and also to add to that an incredibly queasy stomach that turns over at the slightest nervousness, etc.

I am starting to understand the concept of cleaning everything out using an enema before things start to happen down there, but I'm just nervous, entirely on a physical and practical basis.

my Dom has talked to me about how much it turns him on, and I'm okay with that. However I want to be safe and I do not want to put either one of us in a situation where we can enjoy something like anal sex for a year and then, oops, because we didn't take the right precautions, it becomes a situation where it's painful, and we can't enjoy it after that. Being pretty fragile there to begin with I already know what it's like to constantly have pain in that area!!! OUCH! it is not pleasant!

I'm also very concerned about the safety factor. I understand there are many ways to do this safely and to play safely, but I am speaking with my Dom about not wanting to have anal sex until we have both been tested together, as it is one of the easiest ways to catch an STD.

I also want to know any good books, sources, etc., about anal sex for women. I know Tristan Taormino has a good book out about women and sex. All the people who have been giving me advice about anal sex are gay men and I know that it's different for the ladies.

So that's that. I want to do more research. hope all is well with everyone else!

Dear foupeas,

Do not take my post in alarming fashion. There are two types of hemi's. Internal and External, and anal sex can exacerbate those babies. It is pain you will remember a long time after the loving is gone. It is a thrombosis (or a inflamed swelling of veins in and around sphincter muscles.

Symptomatic relief can be achieved by the use of oragel or ambusol. Or any product with oil of cloves or bezocaine.

However;

you say you have alot of problems there.................hie thee to a physician, woman.......... A simple diet change could fix it, or even surgery, but it can also be a sign of other SERIOUS issues including liver and so on...................I am NOT a doctor, so do not take me alarmingly.... go see a chanker mechanic tho, and get it fixed in permanent fashion.

Ron

Pea's .... Wow, thanks for hitting on a subject that's bothered me for sometime. MotherHood be damned, cause they've left me with reminders on my behind too. Thing is they are aged now, (along with me) they rarely give me issues. ~ Mnottertail must have a more tender bottom then I ~
I battle more with the visual (like I can see um anyway ) then any pain from them.
Personally being on the receiving end of penetration has me crawling out of my skin in a good way, ......... I vote for giving it a try.

I agree with mnottertail about seeing a doctor about your problems down there. That may help with the nervousness you feel about anal sex. I do think that everyone experiences some nervousness before you start having anal sex. It is true that the more you do it, the easier it gets. I personally love the feeling, but there are times when it still hurts a little in the beginning. As soon as the anal sphincter relaxes, it is pretty much pain free after that.
I think it is almost better than vaginal sex, at least for me. It turns me on to no end, and my Master loves it also. It helps if He is somewhat soft at first and if He lets me guide it in by pushing against him. Just make sure to use lots of lube, it can never be too much! As far as the safety factor, use condoms and an enema does cut down on any messes, as well as the spread of some potential problems of anything moving down to your vagina, which could cause infections. If your Dom is willing to be tested with you, go for it. You can never be too safe. Just remember that some tests could be a false negative if either one of you has been exposed and not enough time has gone by to be detected.
Good luck to you. It can be a great experience if done right.

hmmmm you have accepted the collar & talk about anal sex... yet you are clueless as to STD's

Sounds like you are in a new relationship

Yes... see a doc about the problems

As to your "dom" really being turned on about giving it to you in the bum... he should be concerned with your health & well-being first & foremost. If it turns out that you cannot engage in anal sex then he will have to treat that as a limit & get a little more creative with what he does have to work with.

Best of luck to you both

Hi Fourpeas,
Speaking from someone who has suffered from IBS for the past 31 years and who also has hemorrhoids & diverticulosis and who has always been petrified of anal sex-if he knows what he's doing it's wonderful. I was always afraid to try it thinking I was going to be ripped to shreds by someone who didn't know what they were doing, but Sir took his time and in less than 2 months I went from being an anal virgin to having anal sex almost every time I'm with him. I love it, it's the most amazing feeling, but it took a lot of time & trust knowing he would never hurt me. I do tend to have a bout of diarrhea afterwards but nothing more than I would usually have,he has never popped a hemorrhoid or made me bleed at any time. I have had more problems from being constipated than from having anal sex. To me it's wonderful, just remember to breathe & not tense up. I used to be worried but each time it was easier & easier & usually anal is part of each session we have since Sir likes it so much & I love it now too. I have found taking Imodium before I see him helps keep the spasms under control for the most part. From my experience just take your time & be calm through out, the less stress I have the less chance of a bout of diarrhea, but Sir knows I'm prone to it & I can always get to the bathroom if necessary.

So glad to hear your experience Sweetnygirl cos I have IBS too and I'd wondered about that. Unfortunately my b/f hates the thought of anal so it's not really much of an issue anyway :(

In response to MstressPassion... I am very concerned about STD's.... We have not engaged in unprotected sex and I have expressed to him that I will not be having unprotected sex with him until both of us have been tested and we have been monogamous for 6 months.

Always on the lookout for the STDs... It is not worth it! We have talked a little bit about anal sex but it is not a current issue, more an issue of looking toward the future.

thanks for the responses. the thought of it doesn't necessarily turn me off but I do not want to not be able to sit down for a week and a half!!!

I am also going to read the ultimate guide to anal sex for women, by Tristan Taormino. Someone recommended that to me. Has anyone read it?

Hi there,
woo hoo anal sex! What a fun topic! I love it love it love it! ... It feels great in my opinion (and my Master's). In fact, the second time I ever had sex it was anal and I wasn't even sore the next day. Frankly, at first I was freaked out by the thought of it, and had heard horror stories about tears and hemorroids and the like. But after some research I found that when done properly, it's very safe. There's tons of threads on here about anal sex, and they all have great info. I agree with everyone here when I say talk to a physician about it, and always use a condom and lube lube lube! Something else you might try would be to use a *small* dildo or vibe down there and see how well you take it. Just remember that you should always stop if it starts to hurt, as it could lead to a serious problem.

if i had mutch hemoroids i would go see a doctor before anal sex, it usuaualy is not dangerous, even rough anal sex is pretty safe though done roughtly it can be painful, but if you have problems down there make sure you dont igure yourself before you start whit a new activity. Just as if i had problems whit my knee or whatever, i would go see a doctor before taking up bisucling just to be on the safe side thoug biking is healthly uaualy.

Ummm hemoroids are not an STD, They're vains that are engorged and pop out of the ass.

And don't use desensitizing creams, they're not safe, you want sensation in the ass in case something is horribly wrong
