Are there any women out there who are skilled and enthusiastic about rope tricks? I love being tied up but I'm not really submissive..I'm just searching for a lady in my part of the country (Pa, NJ, Del), regardless of her orientation or role, who would enjoy fine-tuning her ropework on a willing subject/practice partner.

Are there women out there who take this approach to B&D or am I being unrealistic?

Thanks to all for their time

Look closer Dread, I was replying to cybersport. Somehow sub4hire snuck her reply in before mine.

I cannot count the times that people I taught knots to (at work) immediately began playing with rope on each other. There were terrific practical jokes played.

I once bound an office, every single thing in it was roped, strung, taped, glued, or fastened. I got me a nice reputation outta that

I also once bound that same supervisor to a wall and left him there. Another time, we taped another supervisor's hands and let him try to escape, which was HILARIOUS.

I once saw a motorcycle completely bound in rope. (co-workers thought it was mine and got the wrong guy, ROFL!)

In all those things, a Boy Scout or Girl Scout could have watched, laughed, learned knots and fastening methods, and learned how to take a joke, or give one.

In NO WAY is ropework sexual, it's rope, knots, and simple linear technology.

It's only sexual when we make it sexual.

You write here you love the feeling of being in bondage, but don't want to be dominated. So why do you need a woman to tie you up?

*sigh*

Dread, I am aware that this is not "the vanilla world".

I am also utterly aware that Collarme.Com is not a "format for kids".

Did you really think I had these things confused or misunderstood somehow?

Dread, I have read a ton of your poems and opinions and found your grasp of language to be among the highest and most developed here at Collarme. I do not understand how you can take my statements above so egregiously errantly as to think you needed to clarify as you did in this quote.

I never mind when someone teaches me something new and/or worthwhile. But I do mind when someone "explains" to me the terribly, incredibly obvious and takes my statements as far from my intended meanings as is imaginable in order to do so.

When people become friends, a prejudice forms that is pro-understanding of the things the other says. When people suffer enmity, the opposite occurs and a contest begins where things are taken as far from their intended meanings as is imaginable.

I do not participate in such contests.

I don't believe sub meant for anyone to participate with children, in fact I believe she was speaking in jest.

Now Dread, I don't know if it's a mood thing today or not, but please, let's be realistic.

The original poster asked a question, I really don't want yet another thread to turn to BS.
And name calling, belittleing, accusatory and so on......

Let's get back to the topic at hand please.

It is the weekend, and I don't want to spend my time sorting petty arguments or accusations.

For today, let's all be grownups.... please

Imagine this: Former President Gerald Ford was a bigtime KNOT tying boyscout, and KNOT a child as our President (but still a KNOT tying boyscout none the less)... it really boggles the mind!

Okies, why did you spell "boyscout" as one word Gloria, and then "girl scout" as two words???

That's what I'm talking about yeah... indeed, clearly and without question you apparently are, and therefore must be sinister to the core... and obviously by choice! Why do you insist on causing so much trouble? Are you sure you are a sub? What kind of motorcycle do you drive? What brand of toilet paper do you use... come clean!

What kind of pervert are you? Shame shame shame!!! Uh - uh - uh!!!

Inyouagain

Since MistressDread is originally from another country maybe, (giving her the benefit of the doubt here) she doesn't know that many scouts are given knot tying lessons. There's no way i would of interpreted that as playing with children.

um Dread - if you look up at the top of the post (where the reply, quote, find, etc. buttons are) you can clearly see that Estring's reply was to cybersport - not sub4hire - I believe that is what Estring was referring to when he said:
quote:

Look closer Dread, I was replying to cybersport. Somehow sub4hire snuck her reply in before mine.

You may also note that he said closer and not deeper - again, IMX, inviting a reread of the entire post, and not to search for any alternative meanings.

I am not trying to be provocative here, just trying to maybe 'shed some light' on how I took Estrings reply to you to be.
