Well, then, if you have to be that way about it....(pillaging the larder and, miraculously, dredging up a treasury of teacakes. Splits tea cakes, puts them on to toast and kettle on to boil and then lolls slothfully back onto a vinyl booth cushion)

Morning all! 

I have some homemade coffee cake if anyone would like some.  The weather here is overcast but not too chilly.  Hopefully it will clear up and be sunny tomorrow.  [:)]

We had the most perfectly beautiful day today! Went to an art museum with a good friend, and saw and exhibit that has me thinking... I'm going to write about it eventually.

Well, I was having a lovely time of sleeping in and a wonderful dream with some err. . . sexiness in it.  I was then awakened by Butterhead jumping up and down on me on the bed.  So. . . I tried to ignore this, and it was not to be.  I got up.  Made some coffee.  I went back to check on her and she is sleeping in my bed with the other half.  *sigh*

As I had a birthday this past week, I changed my profile to add on another year.  This shake is my belated icecream...might even put a marachino cherry on top...oooooooo.  (Imagines frozen teeth.)  I won't bake chocolate cakes or brownies from scratch anymore, since Hershey took my favorite cocoa off the market.  It was the best:  Hershey's European Style Dutch Processed Cocoa. 

I heard the munch group in Beckley dissolved.  Any chance of it getting back together someday?

(peeping from underneath the back table)... I have hidden here all day as a result of my chronic shyness, sneaking snacks whenever the Attention Above was diverted elsewhere. Now revelling in blissful solitude of the darkened diner, swilling gallons of tea through the wee hours, I will wait and see if there are any other nocturnal creatures up and about to drop by.

Hello to BOUNTYHUNTER and Diane.  :) 
I would be interested, and maybe some others in my area would be interested in going along with me as well.  My minivan has some troubles I plan to handle early next month.

Tim thats trouble looking for a place to happen, i would run away as fast as I  could, folks just cracked the ankle that I had repaired I have been in a cast for the last few days, they want me to finsh school on line since I have all ready have my final paper for the course done, I may travel to az to see some friends and missippi to hire a man to do some work for me who knows where this Master is going to be, I am going to gather up Diane and see some country you all behave your self now my lp is acting up so if you don't see me around thats the problem you can always call me all calls are forwarded..you all behave your self and Tim my friend  stay away from that kind of trouble..B

Hello, Bounty. i'm relatively new to this site, and i didn't know You were here. i have a confession. i just opened up a restaurant, across the street. i'm not trying to step on Your toes, or anything. i really didn't know there were any other eateries on CM. Mine is more fine dining, so i think we don't have to worry about sharing customers. Anyway, i'll probably stop in to get my coffee here in the morning, before heading off to cook. Let me know if You ever want a cookie plate to go with Your coffee. It would be my pleasure, on the house.
