I put the cinnamon right in the coffee before brewing it. Then, I add non-dairy creamer and Equal and it is yummy. I usually don't put sweetener in my coffee, but the Equal brings out the taste of the cinnamon more. Only time will tell about it's effects on my blood sugar. However, I went to my doc today and my A1C is 5.5. Not bad, huh?
 
So, can I get anyone anything?

I just still am not getting notifications of replies in my e-mail. So, I need to just keep my eyes open at all times.
 
However, in half an hour, I do have to disappear for an hour.

i havent been getting e-mails notifications for a long time.. every once ina while ill get a ton of them but.. not on a regular basis.. not any more anyway.. idk y either. its annoying.. and nothing for me thnx.. i have my koolaid.

I don't get email notifications even when I do have mail...and that is just a-ok by me--then when I log in here to play on the forums,sometimes I have a lil surprise waiting for me in my lil box[:)]
