im perking Chocolate Trouffle Coffee.  Watch the back pain. I went to bed early.  I am rationing my ADD pills. arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!

As fun as percocets are- a chiropractor can hit the spot.  I had several months of physical therapy myself.

Awwwwww …
I’m sincerely sorry to hear ( read?? ) about Your back hurting BountyHunter.
No fun that …
*shaking head in sincere sympathy*

Speaking purely from a personal point of view mind You …
I’m no fan of the butchers labeling themselves as Chiropractors
Toooo many bad experiences …*shuddering*

Let me ask Sir … have You ever been to a good “Holistic Medicine” Practitioner??
One who can give You a wonderful therapeutic message … as opposed to enduring a session with a Chiropractor … someone who’s going to twist You about like a pretzel .. Bend ya in un-natural positions … til he (or she) hears ya bones popping and snapping
( ohhhh … thinking about it … I‘m getting excited!! … lol …)

Nahhh .. In seriousness …at the end of a session with Your Chiropractor ..
He (or She) says … “You’re Good To Go” … but in truth .. You hurt worse then when You went in??? … not to mention it takes a solid Week to recover??
( unless ya just happen to be into the pain part at the hands of the female doc. )
*laughing*

By the way ….
Nice place ya have here!!
(my first visit n all )

with sincere respect

Accupuncture is good too.  I had not been carrying my RX card on me. Moved- so was looking for a closer pharmacy. I ended up driving back to the old place- but have now since located my card.

Good health is important.    ^ drinks water, ahhhhhhhhhhh ^

Lots of 'good" water is excellent, water without a lot of excess minerals, too much iron etc...Why is it when I drink  water to rehydrate its seems to bloat me even a quart or two but other liquids doesn't give me that problem.....My brother has an artesian well and all our coffee and drinking water comes from there.Everyone that drills around on our ridge gets a lot of heavy water.....

I ran out for 12 sheets of it. Hopefully he can get it up by the weekend. I may start priming it- and cutting insulation. Both the neighbor and myself really would like to see some progress... tangable.   Also- if my family comes out week after t-given; it would be nice for them to see- that I am alive and well. That my life goes on- that while I love them; I am not powerless-- helpless. :-)

Yes positives affirmations and putting a Green Money board with with pics of what you need helps as well..Start with little goals and move on to bigger ones as you accomplish the small ones..

no truer words have ever been written/spoken...my Mom was a an RN...and always told us "You're as sick as you want to be'...of course that didnt work so well when I was 12 and had Mono...anywho---I was just adjusted by  a chiropracter for the first time ever two weeks ago--and I have to say...I will absolutely do that one over again...hope your back is better Bounty...
