I am getting on my soap box here ... I have always been all for helping others but am at the point of closeing all borders and helping our own and letting others help themselves and you can spout economics etc all you want to me .. but there are too many in this country that need help and not getting it cause we have opened our doors to too many and sent too much money overseas ... Im getting real selfish in my old age !!!!! ::putting soap box away before I decide to gold plate it and put it on wheels::::

I have writers cramp from writing letters and a sore butt from sitting outside sentor and govenors offices ... have thought of emmigrating just cant find a place I think is better ... yet ..

About our prior conversations about illegals,I spoke with the manger of a large cattle operation down the road and according to him his boss doesn't care about green cards,It seems that if he get caught the fine is small enough so therefore cheaper for him to take the chance then to pay into SS,keep health insurance IE on all the illegals.They employ about 20 and about A third have green card...Just a mini rant this morning....

The ham bone is boiling... its almost time to add the beans .. and let them simmer overnite ... then tomorrow a pan of cornbread and all will be right with the world .... the simple pleasures of comfort food and good friends remind me of the things I have to be grateful for.

get rid of that thing you dont need it .. best thing I ever did was let them laser it out .... .. didnt need it and I dont hurt any more and can have my country food again !!!
