Wellllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll Since I found out the capsaisain (spelling ) in peppers helps my arthritis I do kinda ... Okay I use ALOT of peppers

No water slurpping needed lol I like the hot stuff ....... just been a busy day here ..lots of paper work and Dr stuff to deal with ... doesnt make me a happy Dominant .......but this sombero will fix what ails me soon ..... <smile>

LOL Last shopping trip I bought 12 pounds of assorted peppers .... Use about a pound quickly and dried the rest making a seasoning of sorts ... most everything I cook gets it

(in the mean time, let's take good care of Bounty tonight and make sure he is relaxed and gets some sleep.)
