I managed to NOT get into the chai tea I was sniffing so delightfully earlier but now staying away from the coffee pot is getting harder by the second

ty decaf coffee mixed with a bit of caffeine .. its not good to go off caffeine all at once

Yeah .... I am kinda pumped up lately but the smoking seesm the most defeating.... I have been treated recently for depression so the dr wont give me the new med to help which sucks. But could be worse I guess .... Mainly on the caffine thing because I think from the things I have read it will help with the lactaion inducing ... it took for friggen ever last time .

MISS H it sounds like you are on a place like mine where the deer and antolope play smiles..Wild turkeys in the bacl yard etc...

A nice easy day on the circle c today just loafed all day and we watched some movies tonight..It doesn't hurt to just slow your ass down and enjoy life once in a while...
