They are both right .. and its best if you start your day with protein .. as a diabetic ... so maybe somethign with peanutbutter or grab a boiled egg from the frige ??

Status: offline 		*puts a big ole bag of almonds in Bounty's truck and hides little packs of peanuts and raisins in his jackets and makes up them hard boiled eggs .... Now everybody, the BROWN eggs are the boiled ones.  Don't go taking a white one with you boss and then cracking it open and getting goop all over your truck.  That is NOT the kind of goop you want out there especially this summer when the sun gets so hot you can... ummm. well *scratches my head.... fry an egg on the sidewalk.  lol
