went out to the spa last night with a couple of girls...
we got lost and then ended up finally nekkid with dozens of other gals, the hot room, the hotttttttttt room, the cool room, the salt room, the tub... ohhhh it was heaven... and the co ed room with the fire in the middle like a Native American sweat lodge.  it was fabulous. 

*lots of water folks.





Sunshine a sweat lodge is wonderful thing, back in my hippy days lol we had one going all the time,sweet memories of spending time in one with a sweet little hippy girl.....I guess its my native blood from my moma's side that keeps calling me back to my roots...

i was up early this AM/decided to make y'all some chocolate chip pancakes/strawberry crepes. Who wants whipped cream on their crepes?

I went to my doctors office yesterday and don't you just know there was about 15 crumcatchers there spreading their germs...The hospitals and DR'S office are a sure way to get infected with some shit...
