all right folks... some shabu shabu tonight... It's a fast cooking soup - lots of veggies, not much hot spice, but good... thinly sliced beef cooked for about 3 minutes in hte soup and at the end, after we eta the veggies and meat, we throw in some noodles, eat that and then when there's almost no liquid left, we throw in some rice and let it stick to the bottom of the pan and get all crunchy... YUMMY for the TUMMY!
