*puts the coffee on timer for tomorrow morning and leaves out some fresh raspberries and mellons and some yogurt that i learned to make up in the Andes mountains of Peru... and some challa bread for toast... adn if you all are good, i'll make french toast with it in the morning!

geesh, it's 45 degrees this morning, i might have to go back to bed and get snuggly...in the meantime i'll take some of that coffee sunshine started last night.

Hey there everybody... brings in salad for everybody the kind with all kinds of greens and colors and flavors... and a little lime in the dressing to remind you of the beauty of Peru... we got some baby shrimps cooked lightly in extra virgin olive oil and cottage cheese with red tomatoes and fresh ground pepper. Lynrd Skynrd, Juanes, Cher, Janis Joplin, Big and Rich, and lots others on the iTunes, and the best part... a WARM day in Oregon. I'm sitting on the back porch working on an assignment the Man gave me - write about what al i've experienced here so far... As for the job... still looking... went to the State office the other day - ran into a nasty gov't worker...and happily several really good and kind ones. Today i'm calling the temp agencies to see if there is something ... anything... i can do here. Later tonight i have an interview with that university in Korea. It's a shame it's not here. They tell me that 85 - 100 qualified people apply for every position... plus lots of people who aren't qualified. Now in my field, no licensing will transfer so i can't even do what i'm qualified to do ... would have to go back to school for a year and a bunch of other stuff... so I'm just trusting the process. No moss growing under my feet Bossman. You know I'm bored without working.... gets out the hidden key and unlocks the shed and looks at Christine... what's this about a court?

Well girl it sounds like you are doing all the right things.Place an add in the local papers or look for a restaurant that may need a specially chef,that would work for a while wouldn't it..WE would hate for you to have to return to Korea but fate has a way of putting us in the right place at the right time..Timing is every thing,Don't take a job that you are over qualified for because it looks like you are desperate when you apply for other positions and can effect your salary expectations of your future employer but what does this ol' master know hey smile..the salad sounds wonderful and I"LL make sure I have it for dinner...The boss...
