best tea - echinecea or ginger or peppermint or sassafrass depends on what else is going on.... but probably just something with honey and lemon should do the trick - honey to soothe the throat, lemon to clear any gunk out.

yes ... and peppermint is good if you ahve an upset stomach too! mostly it's about keeping your throat cooled or coated *kisses your forehead
