ORIGINAL: SinLee lol yes, i definitely do need help, the sad part? nightmares are probably one of the least of my worries... they do affect the amount of sleep that i get, this is true, but with all of the other issues i have, it's really just one more thing, ya know? and dontchya worry, i am getting help for all of it ;) ... the lucid repeating dreams i've been having since about 7 years old... back then it was monsters though... i'd see a monster in my room and wake up and the bed would turn into one, and the door and as i ran out to get my family, they would as well, i'd run out of the house which would turn into a HUGE monster and wake back up at the beginning.... one of the times, there was a shadow on the door, my ex was typing in the other room, and in my dream the shadow was the guy that drugged me and i couldn't get to my husband... turns out the shadow was the cat sitting in the window... i made him go check :p that's when i realized they were definitely lucid dreams though, the sights and sounds were all from the outside Not all dreams are as they seem,MY grandmother with her American Indian back ground was a dream weaver,a dream reader and she passed it on to those in the family that was open to becoming involved... Two types of dream reading,ONE to interpret the dream and the other is to become all into the dream becoming part of it,like going to the other side to solve the problem,MY eldest daughter is one of the best at this after my grandmother...alas I have some skills in this area but not enough to claim to be an expert...Dreams are our connection to either the past or reaching out to the future,Dreams can't harm you girl,ITS the self destructive ways we interrupted them..
