Yes, i mean buffalo.  this girl fed SHH buffalo burgers yesterday and today He still lives to tell about it.
It's high in protein and low fat.

Get Well stuff for holly is now expanded to include non-edible stuff.  How about a fancy hospital gown? Scented soaps, body lotion?

no pretending here, i'm eating real bacon and eggs.  your coffee sounds great though potty.   this is what i did over the weekend for healthier eating.  Master always drank whole milk and i told Him i couldn't hack it so he got 2%...he couldn't tell the difference so he'll be drinking that instead.  that makes me happy...i want Him to be healthy, and i'm making myself healthier too...baby steps.  too bad that all the veggie/soy stuff is so expensive or i'd eat more of it.

I went outside to sweep the deck and loooked up... and there it was... a cherry tree!!! So I picked a big bowl of them.  I'll bring more tomorrow... and yep, my lips are red red red red red red red red red red.
